Greetings, my name is Bina Frank, for more than 50 years I have called Indian River County Home.Over the past two decades as a Broker associate, I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most important decisions with knowledge, discretion and personal attention.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I settled in Sebastian and have watched this extraordinary area grow while still retaining the sense of community that makes it so special. My approach to real estate is deeply personal: I listen carefully, advocate thoughtfully, and remain closely involved throughout every step of the process.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 20 years in non/profit leadership, including work in HIV/AIDS advocacy and service as a United Nations delegate. That experience shaped the way I work today-with compassion, persistence, integrity and respect for every individual and every circumstance.
I particularly enjoy assisting clients who are relocating, downsizing, selling a long-time home, or moving through a major life transition. These moments often involve more than a transaction, and I believe they deserve both professional expertise and genuine care.
